Throughout these Terms and Conditions, references to “PowerTire.sa”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean WAQT ALMUSTABAL COMPANY FOR CARS SERVICES. References to “you” or “customer” mean any user or purchaser of this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing any products or services from PowerTire.sa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website immediately.

3. Services Offered

PowerTire.sa provides the online sale of brand-new vehicle tyres, with the following fulfilment options available at checkout:

  1. Fitting at a Partner Location
  2. Mobile Van Home Fitting
  3. Delivery Only (without fitting)

Availability of fitting services may vary depending on location, tyre specification, and operational capacity.

4. Orders & Cut-Off Time

  • Order cut-off time: 10:00 PM (KSA time), all days
  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM may be eligible for same-day fitting, subject to availability.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed only through the original method of payment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In the event of any inconsistency, the Returns & Refunds Policy shall prevail.

6.1 Non-Returnable Items

Tyres cannot be returned or refunded once they have been:

  • Fitted
  • Mounted on a rim
  • Driven on

6.2 Return Eligibility (Unfitted Tyres Only)

Customers may request a return or refund provided that:

  • The tyres are unused
  • The tyres have not been mounted or driven on
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Tyres are returned in the same condition as received
  • The request is submitted within the applicable return window

6.3 Return Window

Eligible unfitted tyres may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6.4 Exchanges

PowerTire.sa offers exchanges subject to eligibility.

Exchanges are accepted in cases including (but not limited to):

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Errors attributable to PowerTire.sa
  • Customer-requested exchanges for eligible products (subject to availability)

TExchange requests must comply with the conditions outlined in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

6.5 Special & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be non-returnable, including:

  • Promotional tyres
  • Rare or limited-availability sizes
  • Specialised or race/track tyres

Any non-returnable item will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

6.6 Early Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before leaving the warehouse are eligible for a full refund
  • If the order has already been dispatched, return shipping costs may apply

6.7 Return Method & Costs

  • Returns may be made to a designated return or fitting location, or via courier as instructed by customer support
  • Customers are responsible for arranging return transport unless the return is due to an error attributable to PowerTire.sa
  • No restocking or administrative fees apply
  • Return costs may vary depending on tyre size and location

6.8 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days from receipt and inspection of returned goods.

7. Product Condition & Warranty

  • All tyres sold are brand new
  • Tyres are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty
  • PowerTire.sa does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated

8. Delivery

  • Free home delivery is available for delivery-only orders (without fitting)
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability
  • PowerTire.sa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers beyond reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Saudi law:

  • PowerTire.sa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law

10. Website Use & Accuracy

While we take reasonable steps to ensure information on this website is accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date at all times.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of PowerTire.sa or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
