This Returns Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through PowerTire.sa, operated by WAQT ALMUSTABAL COMPANY FOR CARS SERVICES, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We aim to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with Saudi consumer protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return and refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The tyres are brand new, unused, and not mounted on a rim
  • The tyres have not been driven on
  • The tyres are returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as received
  • The return request is submitted within the applicable return window (see Section 2)

All tyres sold on PowerTire.sa are brand-new and covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the tyres meet the eligibility conditions above.

This return window complies with Saudi e-commerce consumer protection requirements and applies to all eligible products unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact PowerTire.sa Customer Support within the return window
  • Receive confirmation and return instructions from our team

Return Method

Eligible tyres may be:

  • Returned to our designated return or fitting location, or
  • Returned via courier, arranged by the customer, following instructions provided by our support team

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arranging the return shipment
  • Any courier documentation or labels required

Return costs may vary depending on tyre specifications and location. Our customer support team can provide guidance on estimated return costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned tyres are received and inspected, and eligibility is confirmed:
    • A refund will be processed within approximately 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued only via the original method of payment
  • No restocking or administrative fees are charged

Early Cancellation

  • If an order is cancelled before it leaves the warehouse, a full refund will be issued with no deductions
  • If the order has already shipped, return shipping costs may apply

5. Exchanges

PowerTire.sa offers exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The tyres are unused, not mounted, and not driven on
  • The tyres are in original packaging and in the same condition as received
  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 calendar days from delivery

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Errors attributable to PowerTire.sa
  • Customer-requested exchange for an eligible product (subject to availability)

If the exchange is due to an error or defect attributable to PowerTire.sa, the replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g. change of size or specification), the customer may be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

All exchange requests must be initiated by contacting PowerTire.sa Customer Support, who will provide return and replacement instructions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Special promotional tyres
  • Rare or limited-availability sizes
  • Specialised or race/track tyres

⚠️ Important:
Any product that is non-returnable will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase on the product page or during checkout.

7. Shipping, Orders Handling

  • Order cut-off time: 10:00 PM (daily)
  • Handling time: Same-day fitting available for orders placed before 10:00 PM
  • Shipping days: Monday to Thursday
  • Delivery: Free home delivery available (without fitting)
